Screw-Down Roof Mounting

SataMount MRM provides a gasketed, mechanically fastened satellite mounting option for suitable exposed-fastener metal roofs.

Mechanically fastened • SataMount MRM

Designed for exposed-fastener roof panels.

The MRM system uses SataBracket metal roof mounting brackets attached with mechanical fasteners and gaskets. Its mounting hardware supports two 27-inch channels, creating a base for a suitable satellite mounting bracket.

  • For roof systems where penetrations are permitted
  • Gasketed SataBrackets with multiple fastener positions
  • Designed for a panel flat at least 1½ inches wide
  • Substrate and fastener suitability must be confirmed

The roof structure, panel profile, fastening substrate and required loads govern final attachment design. Do not assume all substrates provide equivalent pull-out resistance.

MRM components and compatible panel profiles

Review the MRM kit hardware and representative Ag Panel and R-Panel roof profiles before selecting a mounting location. Confirm dimensions and attachment requirements against the installation instructions.

Before installation

Confirm the roof manufacturer's penetration and warranty requirements, appropriate gasket placement, substrate thickness, screw selection and environmental loads. Follow the manufacturer's instructions; the schematic is not a fastener layout.
